I absolutely loved the traditional Balinese decoration throughout the hotel. The colorful fabrics, intricate wood carvings, and beautiful artwork really made me feel immersed in the local culture. The common areas, like the lobby and dining area, were always clean and welcoming. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. There were ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility, and the staff was always there to help me if needed. It made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.
I would have preferred if the children working there were a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. While they always had a smile on their faces, there were a few instances where they seemed a bit distracted and could have been more proactive in anticipating our needs.

Liked man dollow cafe, it was close to the hotel and offered nice treats. Moreover, free parking was a big plus. We had the most relaxing few days there...

Nice and large villas. Very friendly staff, good location and close to the beach. Breakfast was very well.
Prices for mini-bar were too high.

The owner of this place is a genius! The fact that they own both the resort and the restaurant is mind-blowing. They even let us have lunch at the awesome Balinese restaurant when we were supposed to miss it! The service and staff at both places are super nice. The breakfast is fabulous, and we got to choose whether to have it in our room or in the dining area. The pool is jaw-droppingly amazing, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The staff at the resort are always helpful, and their infectious Balinese smiles made us feel right at home. Our room had a stunning pool view and a lovely balcony. Plus, there's a path that leads to the beach just across the road. This place is simply paradise!

happy friendly staff. stunning breakfast.beautiful surroundings.lovely plunge pool.
rooms need fabric curtains to make them more stylish and cosy , rather than the office style blinds they have. furninure needs cushions to soften the look of the rooms .

I had an amazing stay at a charming bungalow in an oasis of beautiful gardens. the staff at Rumah Bali were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing swim, and the location was convenient for exploring Nusa Dua. the breakfast was delicious, especially the Balinese options. I highly recommend dining at the award-winning restaurants associated with the resort. Cons: All was perfect! 😊.

Very friendly staff. The Breakfast is served every morning on desired time directly to the room.
There is no nice beach nearby. However that's more a general problem of Bali itself.

The staff were absolutely incredible and always had a smile on their faces. The layout of the property was stunning and created a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The private villa with its own swimming pool was beautiful. The resort was situated in a quiet location yet close to many restaurants. The option for a late checkout was very helpful.

Although the ranking was a 3-star place, it felt like 4 or 4.5 stars! Everything was excellent, from the layout of the area to the breakfast at our bungalow.
Probably the flies during meal time.

The villa was large and spacious and overall resort was beautiful. The service was great as well as the breakfast which was serviced to balcony. Perfect place if you are looking for very quiet and romantic atmosphere. Value for the money.
The location (surrounding area was not nice and was difficult to walk around) and mosquitos.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
